Description
This is the second course in the 6-course Art Therapy series This course, as with the others, counts towards the Triple Diploma (Oxford). Please remember that when you complete THIS course you automatically get access to the next course in the series – for free. The whole series has been split into six as there are four Instructors and their input is very varied. also we want you to approach each course carefully, to work through slowly as you progress on your journey.
Subject areas covered on this course include:
-
The risks of DIY Art Therapy
-
Analysing Pebble Art
-
Analysing collages
-
The intuitive collage
As with the other courses we feature the work of the Instructors – and include their own thoughts on process and reflection.
There is an extensive section on homework and again it is emphasised that art therapy is about DOING; your learning will be limited if you just WATCH. You have lifetime access. There is no rush.
This is a four hour course, with a course manual. The emphasis on reflection means that the course is likely to take a lot longer than the time shown!
There are no quizzes. No tests. No exam.
Explore, explore yourself and look at the work of others
Above all, enjoy the course
Note: The Triple Gold Star Diploma is NOT from a University. It is a Diploma of Achievement and does NOT make you an Art Therapist. To become an Art Therapist takes 3-6 years and involves education to degree level.
Who this course is for:
- Anyone interested in self-exploration
- Aspiring art therapists
- Anyone with an interest in taking art a step further
